Belly Dance Classes
Discover and explore the ancient feminine art form of belly dance! Originating in the Middle East and Africa, this dance form celebrates sensuous beauty and feminine empowerment and agency. Belly dance is a fun way to improve flexibility, improve posture, and increase body awareness and confidence while exercising and isolating various muscles.
All levels of dance experience are welcome!
When attending class, please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a coin belt or scarf, bring it for extra flair! Socks, ballet slippers, or jazz shoes are recommended for footwear. Don’t forget your water to stay hydrated before and after class!
